- Data-driven approach to marketing with excellent analytical skills, strong excel user, and a solid understanding of data trends.

- Proven experience in media planning and strategy, with the ability to develop and manage marketing budgets with effective return and traffic growth.

Job Description :


- Determine the India marketing strategy and budget across all online and offline channels and touchpoints, driving cost-effective customer acquisition and meaningful brand experiences.


- Develop and implement strategies that build long-term customer loyalty, maximizing retention


- Create brand campaigns, supporting strategic decision-making, ideation and cross-functional execution, driving the execution of a community-building plan and programming.


- Work with the creative team to develop seasonal and monthly marketing, social strategies and drop campaigns -manage the production and delivery of these assets.


- Monitor, evaluate and optimize marketing performance to drive ROI and continuous improvements in KPIs across all marketing channels.


- Lead with a results-driven mentality across all marketing initiatives, planning and executing distinctive campaigns throughout the funnel.


- Develop and implement strategies that build long-term customer loyalty, maximizing retention.


- Conceptualize and provide a robust framework for each drop.


- Ensure all launches are supported with strong storytelling, inspiring moments, and new product marketing.


- Own the marketing budget and manage to spend by channel.


- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing activities and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints.


- Manage tiered brand partnerships and event collaborations, working with creative partners to ensure seamless execution across all marketing touchpoints.


- Conduct insightful, relevant competitor and marketing analysis, identifying meaningful gaps, partnerships and opportunities for the business and deliver thoughtfully considered monthly updates.


- Organize and update all tracking documents and budget information per project ensuring brand marketing plans are effectively implemented across all channels on a monthly/weekly basis.


- Incorporating the NGA brand values of transparency and sustainability into the marketing approach.
