Looking for candidates experienced in social media management (Content Writing, Ideation, & social media posting).
Roles & Responsibilties:.
Content Ideation & Research:.
1 Perform research on current content marketing trends and audience preferences.
2 Perform research on content type trends and work on creative content ideation resonating with the brand personality and message to the audience.
3 Research on social media marketing trends on regular basis (Type of content, graphics, videos/reels, new technologies UGC/CGI etc.
4 Study and analyse competitor brands to gain understanding of market trends and new updations.
Content Writing and Execution:.
1 Create content calendars as per the client and CRM brief for the month forward for the assigned brands.
2 Create engaging content according to the brand messaging and purpose.
3 Execute content calendars and marketing campaigns' graphics and content as per the brand requirements.
4 Create content for blogs, articles, websites, newsletters or other brand collaterals acoording to the requirements.
-Please note that any task assigned out of daily work scope will be discussed in prior and will be assigned as per the bandiwdth and resource availability.
Content and Graphics for Marketing Campaigns:.
1 Create engaging and sales generating content for brands for marketing campaigns as per the brand's requirement.
2 Coordinate with the marketing team (Campaign managers and CRM's) to gain understanding of the brand requirements and align the graphics with the graphic designers/team.
Social Media Management:.
1 Oversee overall working & posting on the social media platforms for the brand assigned.
2 Monitor follower growth, page insights, timely updation of facebook/Linkedin covers, profile pictures for the brands assigned.
3 Coordinate with the respective CRM on regular basis to understand the followers, page engagement and page growth from the boosting, page followers campaigns.
4 Respond to DM enquiries on timely basis for the brands assigned and pass on the enquiries to respective CRM to further share with the client for information/query that can only be handled by the client/client team.
5 Keep a track on the page insights and engagement metrics to plan the page/social media page/platform strategies accordingly.
6 Comment management on social media platforms.
Manage comments (Respond to/hide/delete/pin) the comments as per the comment type and brand ethos/ values.
7 Ensure timely posting of the creatives/blogs/newsletters/other brand collaterals on digital platforms.
8 Planning of social media content planners/marketing campaigns in prior to avoid end moment hassles.
9 Ensure timely report creation for brands and ensure timely delivery to the CRM's/clients.
10 Ensure timely planning, creation and delivery of brand decks for ensuring timely approvals on creatives and copies and postings.
Team Coordination:.
1 Coordinate with graphic designers to ensure graphic deliveries for the brands.
2 Coordinate withthe CRM's to understand the graphic and copy requirements for the brand.
3 Coordinate with the marketing team (technical) to understand the campaign graphic and copy requirements.
