We are looking for a Performance Marketer for our ecommerce division.
Someone who is very well-versed with google and Facebook experience.
You will manage & execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and generate new and repeat revenue growth.
You will create a go to market strategy and own 1 channel for execution.
Build new customer acquisition strategy and implement on Paid channels.
You will play an active role in the formulation of the business/brand's growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
Develop effective performance management engagements that support the achievement of the business's overall targets, goals, and objectives.
Responsible for constantly optimizing marketing activities to improve return on investment.
Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources, and strong customer loyalty.
Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook and Google, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic.
Ensure the optimum performance marketing channel mix that will include digital media, offline channels, analytics and CRM.
Build acquisition channels across paid and organic channels, with close attention to efficiency of growth spends and constant experimentation.
Actively managing and growing Paid campaigns for new and existing categories and markets.
Come up with 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow or optimize upon the existing referral funnels.
Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives, leading up to metrics around sales, traffic, engagement, LTV/CAC and NPS.
Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions leading to an engaging customer experience.
Evaluating the performance of the channels at regular intervals based on relevant KPIs and conducting A/B tests to deliver conversion growth.
Building reports for your channels and making insights out of it for actionable activation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM:
Experience in working with a D2C brand or an agency.
Experience of 2-4 years into performance marketing.
Well Versed with attribution platforms like Branch, Adjust, Appsflyer.
Experience working with ecommerce is preferred.
Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media and other digital channels.
Expertise in increasing the organic growth vs paid.
Experience in creating end to end online customer journey.
Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
Proficiency in analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
