Job Description:.
We are seeking a result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in managing Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful ad campaigns and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, ROI optimization, and advanced analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to optimize Cost Per Click (CPC) and improve ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) to ensure goals are met.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.
- Create compelling ad copies and landing pages.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads Management:
- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct audience research to target ads effectively using demographic, interest, and behavior targeting.
- Optimize ad campaigns for maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and conversion rates.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Meta advertising.
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Project Management:
- Manage various digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate detailed performance reports for all campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically managing Google and Meta ads.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copies and visuals.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
