We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Associate who can grow business and clientele.
You will be required to build concrete relationships with clients alongside maintaining the existing relationships.
You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
Job Objectives:

To look for new & creative ways to market our services.
To identify new business opportunities.
To conduct thorough market research.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identifying new sales leads.
Pitching clients to take our services.
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers & new customers.
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals.
Competencies Required:
Experience in sales and marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient at email and cell communication.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Able to work independently but within a strategic framework.
Handle negotiations and perform due diligence.
Can handle multiple projects/assignments at the same time.
Problem-solving capabilities.
Strong organizational skill.
Preferred Education:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate (BE/BBA/MBA).
Work Location & Job Type.
You'll be required to work full-time from our head office in Indore.
