EvinceDev - Technical Project Manager

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring all deliverables align with technical feasibility and project objectives.

- Agile Champion: Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes iterative development and continuous improvement.

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Project Tracking & Monitoring: Closely monitor project progress, identify and address potential roadblocks, and ensure adherence to established deadlines and budgets.

- Stakeholder Management: Manage and communicate effectively with all stakeholders (clients, developers, designers) throughout the project lifecycle.

- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.

- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies relevant to specific projects.

- Communication & Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration within project teams, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.

- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain clear and concise technical documentation, ensuring transparency and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

- Performance Reporting: Regularly create and present detailed project reports that track progress and KPIs, keeping stakeholders informed.

Technical Skills:

- Proven experience working with APIs, databases, and other technical infrastructure relevant to EvinceDev's projects.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).

- Experience with technical documentation tools (Confluence, Google Docs)
