Job Description:

- As a Business Development Manager for International Software Sales at Evervent you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global client base and driving revenue growth.

- You will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in the international market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve software sales targets in international markets.

- Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and propose strategies to capitalize on emerging software demands.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to ensure a consistent flow of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in international markets through effective communication and engagement.

- Understand client requirements, provide product consultations, and tailor software solutions to meet their specific needs.

Proposal Development and Negotiations:

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our software solutions.

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals while ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the organization.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, marketing, and client success, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.

- Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams to continuously enhance our software offerings and service delivery.

Market Expansion:

- Identify and evaluate new markets and regions for potential business expansion, assessing the competitive landscape and market entry strategies.

o- Develop and execute market entry plans to establish a strong presence and drive software sales in targeted regions.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA is a plus.

- Proven track record of success in software sales, particularly in international markets.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role within the software industry.

Skills:

- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to influence and close deals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.

- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.

- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is preferred.
