Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Visionary:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Everest Fleet's global objectives.

- Lead a team of passionate marketers to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

2. Brand Storyteller:

- Craft compelling narratives that showcase Everest Fleet's value proposition across online and offline channels.

- Ensure brand consistency and excellence in all communication materials.

3. Cross-Channel Mastery:

- Drive innovative online marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels, social media, and influencers to maximize reach and engagement.

- Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact offline marketing initiatives, collaborating with local teams for maximum effectiveness.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Utilize analytics and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing decisions.

5. Partnership and Collaboration:

- Foster strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and organizations to enhance Everest Fleet's presence in key markets.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.

6. Working with internal stakeholders

- Understand the requirements of and work with multiple senior stakeholders, making every effort to translate a business requirement into actionable messaging

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 8-10 years in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Experience in mobility, other allied and non-allied industries is welcome. Any stint with companies targeting blue collar workers would be a definitive advantage.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

- A strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable plans.

- In-depth knowledge of both online and offline marketing channels.

- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to inform marketing decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
