EverZinc - Data Analyst

Overview :

We are hiring a Data Analyst who can blend analytical thinking with strong storytelling and visualization skills. This role will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and support data science initiatives as well.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to identify key business questions and develop analytical frameworks to answer them.

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that guide business decisions.

- Use statistical techniques and data science models (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting) to support predictive and diagnostic analytics.

- Work with SQL and Python to conduct deep-dive investigations and generate actionable insights from large datasets.

- Build and maintain business performance dashboards and scorecards in Power BI or other BI tools to track KPIs.

- Partner with data engineers to ensure access to accurate and timely datasets required for analytics and decision support.

- Translate technical findings into business-friendly recommendations, presenting insights through compelling data stories.

- Lead efforts to embed functional intelligence within teams, enabling decision-makers to act on insights proactively.

- Analyze vendor performance, spend patterns, and contract compliance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.

- Develop reports and dashboards to track key procurement metrics, such as on-time delivery, purchase order cycle time, and supplier risk.

Specific to Human Resources:

- Develop reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, such as headcount, recruitment efficiency, and employee engagement.

Specific to Sales :

- Analyze sales data, including customer behavior, product performance, and market trends, to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

- Develop reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

- Support sales forecasting and pipeline management by providing data-driven insights into sales performance.

Specific to Finance

- Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to identify trends and support financial planning and analysis.

- Develop reports and dashboards to track key financial metrics, such as cash flow, budget variance, and return on investment.
