Event Manager
About the Role :
- Responsible for end-to-end management of brand properties and flagship event management including but not limited to event calendar and timelines, event budgets, sponsorship, logistics, sponsorship pitches, stakeholder management, giveaways inventory etc.
Daily & Weekly Responsibilities :
- Working closely with leaders and internal stakeholders to conceptualize, develop and drive the event/flagship property goals and deliverables
- Manage and drive sponsorships for Taggd events and identify opportunities for sponsorship/ partnerships with third party companies
- Working with third party vendors (e.g. event and creative agencies and online platform providers) to create compelling and innovative event experiences for online and offline events
- Post event reporting and analysis of event activities, funnel and leads nurturing and ROI
- Ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines for all assets and collaterals being used during events/webinars
Requirement :
- Excellent project management skills with ability to work on simultaneous projects in a high-paced, rapidly evolving agile environment
- Team player with an ability to work independently and manage business ambiguities with a self-starter approach
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
