We have an opening for the post of Event Management in Mumbai.

Job Description :

The person will support all events and sponsorship initiatives being undertaken.

- Conceive, plan and execute events end to end

- Accountable for every logistical element of event, food and beverages, room set-ups, audio visuals, entertainment, etc.

- Negotiate with vendors and service providers

- Budget management

- Develop collaterals and communication for the events

- Ensuring smooth coordination with Business/Product/Sales teams involved.

- Assist coordination with event management agencies / Regional Marketing teams / branches (RMs)

Education & Qualification : MBA/PGDM (Marketing)

Experience Required : Minimum 3- 9 year in Banking Industry
