Job Role :

- We're looking for incredibly bright and innovative Vice President FP&A to join our team who will work with business teams and senior leaders to drive growth and seek improvements in operational processes.

- The role will build financial planning, analysis and reporting capability for the organization to support the growth of the business, as well as partner with the VP of Finance to ensure a strong financial position of the company.

- She/He must be well-versed with SaaS domain that are global with operations based out of India. Should have experience and exposure in financial projections for SaaS, set triggers for expenses, P&L, operating plan, cash flow reports etc.

- She/He will be a part of the leadership team and will report to the Managing Partner.

Role Responsibilities :

- Supervision of Financial Analyst(s)

- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting Review and Analysis for multiple entities

- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports

- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new store rollouts as well as new projects

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

- Help transition of companies by separation of accounts and books

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

- Review the company's accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance OR CA/ MBA/CPA highly preferred

Experience & Exposure :

- 10-15 Years- proven experience as VP FP&A or relevant role (major experience preferred in IT Industry)

- International experience and exposure (preferably US)

- Experience in multi-unit concepts preferred

- Executive experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition is strongly preferred

- Managing current span of min. 3-4 resources

Knowledge :

- Sound knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and regulations

- Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods

- Well-organized with ability to prioritize

Tech Savvy :

- Proficient in using accounting softwares such as Tally, Quickbooks, cloud accounting (Zoho Books, Fresh Books) etc.

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)

- Ability to strategize and solve problems

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills

- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Access and Lawson skills desirable

- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized

- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated

- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
