We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

- Lead Analyst will join the investment banking team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in several critical research areas such as follows:

- Working on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company/M&A screening, newsletter preparation and creating financial models.

- Prepare pitch books, industry overview, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers' outlook, share price performance, evolution of industry/peer valuation multiples, possible buyer/seller opportunities.

- Responsibilities includes training and guiding junior and new analysts, maintaining efficiency, working independently on complex projects, delivering error free projects and client communications.

- Analysing business plans and valuation of companies using a variety of methodologies and help in due diligence coordination.

- Allocating projects to team members depending on their industry expertise and skills, resolving their project related queries and performing quality check on financial models and presentations.

- Creating and maintaining databases and conducting research on sector / companies.

- Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions of new joiners and team members.

What we're looking for:

- Postgraduate (PGDM / MBA).

- Relevant experience of 6-7 Years.

- Strong Accounting and financial skills.

- Experience in Industrials sector.

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.

- Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills.

- Knowledge of database tools -FactSet, Thomson one, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg.

- Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firm's goals & mission.

- Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working.
