The associate will support strategists and interact with the relevant teams in our global offices and help develop quantitative analytical models, analyze large amounts of data, and identify investment strategies.   Education and Work Experience Required:  - B.Tech/ M.Tech (dual) from IIT/BITs/ any top tier Engineering Institutes (or) MBA from reputed colleges  - 1-3 years of quant experience is a must; any Financial sector experience will be an added advantage  - Any progress towards CFA (AIMR, USA) would be preferred  - Strong academic record, quantitative skills and an interest in understanding of financial markets  Skills Required:  - Strong quantitative and statistical skills  - Working knowledge of R and MATLAB is a must   - Knowledge of other coding languages is an added advantage  - Experience in dealing with large data sets   - Excellent skills relating to data manipulation and interpretation  - Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of VBA is desired  - Knowledge of statistical analysis tools, SAS will be an added advantage  Interpersonal and Other Skills  - Must be thorough and extremely detail oriented, with a low tolerance for error  - Strong communication skills   - Problem solving ability and Questioning outlook  - Dedication/Resilience  - Flexibility to work hours as per team's requirements   - Flexible approach to workload and demands of role  - Must be proactive and take a strong interest in learning about the financial markets  - Strong team player  - Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines, if required
