Job description :

- The Inside sales Manager generates sales leads / sales opportunities in select functions of our prospects / clients. The Manager works with the group heads / sales head located globally assisting them in the sales cycle.

The selected candidate is expected to provide analytical support to the team including:

- Determine right contacts in the finance organization for different industry verticals using LinkedIn, company website, Google search

- Prepare custom pitches for the kind of company and sub-department that the analyst is calling into

- Fix meetings of the target contacts with the CEs in different geographies

- Aggressively follow up on the leads

- Actively coordinate with operations and the CEs to facilitate regular interactions, maintain and update collaterals, opportunity trackers, summarizing conference calls, etc.

- Prepare prospect organizational structure, prospect newsletter, prospect company profiling, cheat sheets as and when required

- Handle adhoc requests as per CE requirements

- Identify way forward to increase sales and traction within target firms

Skill Set Required :

- Key strengths should be sales lead generation and management; calling experience with international (APAC, Europe) clients

- Experience of selling in a knowledge environment (should not have been in selling of fixed products like insurance or automobile parts, not in online internet searches or planning or strategy etc.)

- Experience of working in the services / IT/ BPO industry and in the presales team

- Good MS Office Skills; Good in secondary research

- Fair understanding of role of finance function within an organization

- Enthusiastic, confident, assertive, and most importantly persistent; Open to target based jobs

- Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner

- Sincere, responsible individual, dedicated to meeting timelines

Education and experience :

Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA finance & marketing / MA or BA English Honors / BE or equivalent, etc.) from a reputed institute with 5-8 years- experience in the similar profile
