Fund-Raising Support:

- Develop Financial Models for valuation

- Prepare high-quality investor pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint Investor Presentations

- Assist merchant bankers/consultant in Due Diligence

- Conduct industry study, peer analysis and investment trends

External Stakeholder Relations:

- Maintain professional and timely communication with investors, addressing inquiries and providing updates on financial performance.

- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth handling of loan agreements, credit facilities, and banking operations.

- Work with external consultants and advisors to facilitate fundraising activities, strategic initiatives, and financial planning

Internal Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a liaison between the CFO and various departments (Accounts, Taxation, Compliance, etc.) to ensure timely flow of information and alignment on key projects.

- Support the CFO in reviewing and understanding key financial reports, highlighting areas of concern or opportunity in accounts, taxation, and other financial matters.

- Provide insights and data-driven analysis to aid in decision-making processes across departments.

Risk Management & Compliance

- Serve as the first level risk identifier, proactively flagging compliance risks related to accounting, taxation, and financial regulations.

- Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, implementing risk mitigation strategies where necessary.

- Assist in internal and external audit processes, ensuring readiness and full compliance with statutory requirements.

Executive Support to CFO:

- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions, ensuring the CFO is well-prepared for all engagements.

- Assist the CFO in driving strategic initiatives and projects, tracking progress and ensuring effective execution.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze financial statements and key metrics, providing summaries and recommendations for the CFO.

- Prepare financial reports and business performance analysis

Management Information System (MIS):

- Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.

- Develop and maintain financial dashboards for ongoing performance monitoring.

- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Process Improvement:

- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend actionable improvements.

- Support the implementation of new accounting systems, tools, or processes to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and improve accuracy.

Budgeting & Cash Flow Monitoring:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets working closely with Department heads and the procurement team.

- Monitor actual spending against budgets and report variances

- Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and monitor cash flow positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for project operations.

- Provide insights on cash flow management and suggest improvements for efficient cash utilization.

- Qualification : CA/MBA

- Age : 25 - 35 years

- Experience: 5-14 years of experience in corporate Fund raising, consultancy, investor relations

- Qualities : Self-driven, highly initiative, strategic overview, goal driven

- Skill set: proficiency in Excel & power point and familiarity with accounting standards, taxation principles, and financial compliance.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand strategic and financial objectives.

- Analytical skills & Problem-solving ability.
