Role :
The Head Network will be responsible for entire PAN India Network functions relating to Roadside Assistance (RSA) business of Europ Assistance ( EAI ). This position will formulate, implement strategies and best practices to achieve efficient Service delivery as per agreed Service Levels and managing external costs. Will be responsible to manage Team of Network/Territory Managers and third Party Service Providers (ASPs).
Responsibilities:
- To overview, supervise and manage the Network Team as well as EAI's Network of existing ASP's
- To provide initiatives, plan and implement strategies to build, establish and expand the network of new ASP's (Automotive).
- Relationship Management with ASPs
- Work in close collaboration with EAI's Network team to ensure quality of ASP's as per the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), control overall service costs, supervising negotiations and service charges of ASPs, implementation of strategies for surprise checks & audits of ASPs, MIS & reporting relating to Network team.
- Over viewing co-ordination with in-house Alarm Centre, Network team and ASP's.
- Implementation, review and laying down processes for Network
- Decision support in leading growth of the business and ensures the formulation and implementation of the Network in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines of EAI.
- Support departmental heads in decision making on various transactions, including new projects.
- Play a lead role in developing the business plan and future strategic direction of EAI

Person:
- B.E./ Automobile Engineer/ MBA with Managerial Experience of at least 8 - 15 years
- Proven track record of working with a seasoned leadership team in a strong management role
- Strong on leadership and technical capabilities- Should have lead team of at least 8-10 people in last 3 years.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Sound business prudence
- Extensive Knowledge of Services/ retail business and specific competencies / skills required.
- Financial Efficiency/ Strategic Thinking/ Bring the best out of people/ Organizational Ability/ Understanding Automotive Industry/ Auto technical expertise/ Negotiation and networking skills/ Relationship management/ Travel as per Network requirements.
