Business Analyst - IT

- This is a Techno Functional Role where the incumbent will be be an owner for Financial applications (ERP) . EuroKids is in process of selecting and Implementing a best of the breed ERP system.

- This role will spearhead this application implementation with implementer partner. ERP shall act as backbone for all information needs and be the single source of truth. The incumbent will also co-ordinate with 3-4 vendors for timely delivery.

Primary role :

- Identify business processes in Finance and in Procure to Pay areas.

- Document, engineer and re-engineer processes in these areas.

- Conduct workshops with end users to plan, understand, and detail requirements/implementation.

- Provide inputs in implementation phase/Program planning

- Conduct CRPs, functionality testing and issue resolution.

- Do data migration and system cut-over.

- Provide post go live support.

- Manage Change Requests

- Prepare Test cases & use cases

- Process Standardization for software delivery & support

Secondary role :

- Interact with various vendors, consultants, experts to benchmark applications against industry standards

- Ensure that the application meets the Info Security, & ITGC requirements

- Contribute in technology selection

Educational Qualification : The incumbent must be a BE or CA-turned-to-system-implementation for the Finance function. Grasp on Finance is required.

Work Experience :

- Experience in End-user companies or Software services at 'Consultant / Senior Consultant' levels

- Experience in Education Industry will be an added advantage,
