Job Description:
Euro Foods is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven to lead our global sales efforts and accelerate the expansion of our international market presence. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in export sales, international business development, and market penetration.
- Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to expand market share in international markets.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities while nurturing and retaining existing accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with export regulations, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless alignment with export sales objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales, with a strong background in international business development.
- Proven expertise in negotiating, communicating, and presenting effectively at all levels.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred. Strong business acumen with a strategic approach to sales and market development.
- In-depth knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and international trade compliance. Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and retain key stakeholders.
