- Provide extensive support to the CEO in a broad spectrum of capacities and activities.
- Provide critical analytical support to facilitate sales & analytical decisions.
- Coordinate with functional heads for respective functional strategies and consolidate the overall plan.
- Manage and ensure execution of specific assignments/projects initiated .
- Assist the CEO in tracking key parameters pertaining to overall performance.
- Consistently follow up with existing and new partners to deliver the highest levels of customer service and engagement.
- Scanning & Analysis of Industry Peers/New business.
- Prepare presentations & reports and when required.
- Assist the CEO in setting up business targets, resource planning, designing incentive & bonus plans and evaluating team performances.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualification
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. + MBA from a Tier II IIM's or similar repute with 2-4 yrs. post-qualification relevant experience.
Technical /Functional skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
- A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- High on Integrity
- Excellent Written, Oral Communication Skills and Analytical skills
- Should have a good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgement and analysis.
- Adaptable, comfortable in coordination and interaction with internal as well as external stakeholders
