Responsibilities:
- Monitor and lead the strategic implementation of various international Marketplaces.
- Lead three teams - Key Account Management, New Sales Department, Brand Management
- Responsible for setting and meeting targets for all teams
- Conduct regular training sessions for all Account Managers and report progress
- Set policies, processes and implement the same for all teams
- Personally manage the top brands in India. Communicate with brands, maintain relationship, implement brand marketing plans, responsible for account management on all channels
- Assist CEO and CBDO in creating category management plans
- Prepare category specific promotions, sales plans, seller and brand on boarding strategy
- Work on set sales targets in all marketplaces - must have a dedication towards achieving targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have 2 years or more of category management experience in top e-commerce platforms
- MBA from a reputed management institution
- Must be adept in handling data, large MS Excel files
- Experience in leading teams of 10+ people must
- Must have proven track record of achieving e-commerce sales growth, over a sustainable period of time, for a number of accounts
- Commitment for 1 year minimum
- Location: Hyderabad
Salary offered: 7 - 8 LPA
