Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to grow our customer base and increase the company's global presence, specifically targeting the US and UAE markets.
- Assist and oversee the SDR team's planning and implementation of cold email campaigns, ABM, and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Analyze outreach activities' data to refine and improve sales strategies.
- Understand the business requirements of a lead to provide the best solution in collaboration with the technical team.
- Work with the technical team to create techno commercial proposals.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
- Target maximum conversion of leads to clients.
- Maintain a decent understanding of our services.
- Understand the business of potential and existing customers. Maintain healthy communication with them to understand their problems. Identify project opportunities based on these interactions.
- Utilize your existing network to generate business and acquire enterprise clients.
- Maintain communication with clients, during and after a project, to ensure their satisfaction with our de-liveries.
- Coach the SDRs by overseeing their performance, skill enhancement and work allotment to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with management to provide input on inbound sales strategy and other marketing efforts.
- Provide feedback to the technical teams based on client interactions to enhance service offerings.
Candidate Requirements:
- MBA or bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Must-have skills: Strong communication skills especially in English and proficiency with the Apollo.io tool.
- 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, particularly in B2B environments.
- Experience in setting up sales pipelines
- Experience of working with C-level executives.
- Experience in acquiring enterprise clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Relevant certifications or additional training in sales or management is a plus.
- Experience in dealing with overseas clients and managing international sales including but not limited to US and UAE markets.
- Strong networking skills with a history of attending and utilizing networking events for business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
