KRA:

Monthly Business Update:

- Review and presentation of Finance Updates on monthly basis to various forums viz., MRM, QRM, TMR, CFO Review and BU Head Reviews etc.,

- Review of Country wise profitability (P&L) and circulating it to the respective country heads

- Monthly MIS is validated in BPC and ensuring that there are no major variances.

- Review LMC Vs TMC and guide the team in case if there are any unidentified abnormalitie

- Providing monthly highlights and low lights in Sales, TpT and Opex.

Annual Budgeting:

Partnering with all key stakeholders (Country heads, Marketing/Portfolio leads, functional heads, Global/Local Supply Chain etc) for Sales, Opex and MC etc for budget activities.

Ensuring the continuous control / comparison of current situation against budgeted forecast, identifying and analyzing variations to take appropriate decisions

Review of Budgets and present to top Management.

Ensure that all budgets are uploaded as per corp guidelines.

Latest Estimates:

Review of latest estimates on monthly basis (Opex, CoPE, Material Cost).

Analysing the reasons for variance in estimates & highlighting the same for any possible correction.

Provide future probable Inventory hit and track against Plan.

Business Support:

Highlighting high MOH inventory to supply chain and following up on the liquidation plan..

Partnering with business and provide the recommendations to improve Sales/ TpT.

Highlighting Low TPT products for taking necessary decisions.

Other adhoc requirement/ actionable insights by stake holders.

Automation and Simplification Projects:

Identification of areas which can be automated or simplified to generate faster and improved insights.

Work as SPOC for various IT Projects /Automations (DCube, Tablue, BPC, Kinaxis etc)

Knowledge:

In-depth Knowledge on Planning and controlling activities.

Software Knowledge (Excel, Power Point , SAP, Power BI, Tableau, BPC)
