Eucloid - Senior Data Consultant

Job description:

We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Data Analyst at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate on multiple projects in eCommerce Analytics team. The candidate is expected to lead following work-streams.

- Proactively analyse data to answer key questions for stakeholders, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.

- Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.

- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources

- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data

- Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers

- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution.

Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:

Background:

- Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution.

- 1-2 years of experience in Data Analysis

- Good grip on product analytics

- Good proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools like Tableau

Skills:

- Strong Problem-solving and critical reasoning skills

- Good communication as well as interpersonal skills, with conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how data flows between them

- Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate

- The role offers a very attractive compensation (Base + Bonus) and is based out of our Gurugram
