- Continuously researching new market trends

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of lease pipeline

- Support and Coordinate with internal stakeholder teams-

- Legal: to ensure timely closure of paperwork

- Projects: Follow up for timely new store openings as per lease terms

- Finance: Timely payments to vendors as per agreements
