Job Description :
1. Primary SPOC for all human resource requirements for Operations/Sales function
2. Recruitment & Selection and adhere to the Business Plan Head count.
3. Coordinate discipline related issues in line with Head-HR.
4. Administer all Human Resources activities such as New Hires, Terminations, and Retirements for employees.
5. Review policy friendliness and costs. Serve as a liaison between staffing service providers, corporate benefit administrators and associates including pre-employment associate verification.
6. Provide weekly & monthly inputs for HR Dashboard and other reports to support Head - Human Resources.
7. Lead the talent management process including PMS, development planning, PIP, identify bottom performers and create plans for correction.
8. Provide accurate analysis/reports for Head-Human Resources and Corporate for year-end salary review process management linked to Talent Management.
9. Be responsible for key projects.
