Manager - Business Development - Real Estate
- Support in research and compilation of potential cities for expansion.
- Support in Catchment Analysis, Site Feasibility, Financial Modelling, Deal Structuring and end to end transaction management.
- Support in creating current and future pipeline as per lease plan.
- Research and report on competitive Leasing and market trends in the industry and within the geographical and catchment areas.
- Support in shortlisting any upcoming developments with ideal brand mix.
- Continuously researching new market trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of lease pipeline.
- Support and Coordinate with internal stakeholder teams:
- Legal: to ensure timely closure of paperwork
- Projects: Follow up for timely new store openings as per lease terms
- Finance: Timely payments to vendors as per agreements
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, retail management and/or retail real-estate
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in similar domain with good understanding of PAN India geography (especially West & South India)
- Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of leasing commercial facilities
- Good understanding of lease contracts, documentation, clauses and interpretation
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Possess good English skills (both written and spoken)
- A good team player with strong analytical skills
- Exceptional in Excel and PowerPoint
