Ethos Watches - GM-Business Development-New Location(Retail)
1. Understand and Contribute to the overall location strategy of the company for its retail expansion.
2. To scan all the target cities and locations, mall, high streets, and travel (airport) destinations, for suitable locations for expansion or for replacement of existing stores, and to recommend suitable locations.
3. To maintain excellent rapport with potential location partners including mall owners, upcoming malls, high street locations, and to continuously interact with them to present Ethos as the most desirable candidate for watch retail in India.
4. To understand and contribute to the viability calculations of the business for different locations
5.. Adequate selection of new store locations in accordance with the articulated Location Strategy of the company in terms of time period, city-wise distribution, and type of store (mono brand boutique or multi-brand store, luxury or entry-to-luxury, etc.).
6. Adequate prior knowledge and information about upcoming malls, airport locations and others.
7. Excellent and ongoing relationships with key location's partners specially mall owners.
- Prior experience in an organised retail group in the relevant field, or retail related Real Estate Company such as CBRE, JLL, or experience in leasing in a leading mall company is essential.
