JOB DESCRIPTION (Major Deliverables):-

Responsible for the following deliverables:-

Achieve Sales and Profit targets, with a good understanding of premium and luxury product sales

a. Responsible for managing profit centers

b. Ensuring delivery of sales and margins as per agreed budgets for stores under span of control

c. Responsible for Top Line and Bottom Line achievements.

d. Identify the most profitable stores and maintain and enhance their output through Contribution and Profitability.

e. Augment growth year on year

Deliver excellent Customer Service

a. Establish relations and network with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.

a. Create high sensitivity amongst the staff and lead by example.

b. Groom and coach the team to exhibit international standards of customer care at all the times

Prepare, Execute and Map Annual Business Plans and Budgets of Stores

a. Responsible for executing new projects of the company at Operations level.

b. While executing the new business plans responsible for liaising with all stakeholders including Site Owners/ Proprietors, Civil Functions, Brand Reps, Operations Head and other In-house Departments at the back end.

c. Ensure delivery of infra within stipulated timelines in alignment with concerned Departments till the Launch of the new store.

d. Responsible for presenting Business Cases & Profitability.

Networking with Brand Owners, Existing and Potential Mall Managements

a. Manage network with Brand Representatives for successful roll out of the business plans.

b. Ensure a regular Contact, networking and follow-up with existing and potential Mall Managements and Appropriate Authorities.

5. MIS and Exemplary Team & performance management

a. Maintain a robust store level Data Management (to analyze existing as well as real time data for analysis).

b. Track effectiveness of SOPs through feedback data and assess performance against pre-determined measures and benchmarks.

c. Ensure Quarterly MIS reporting.

d. Take administrative control of the team and act as a guide, trainer and coach

e. Prepare Self and team and equip them with updated product and brand knowledge through regular sessions

f. Allocate and assess KPI's and KRA's of the team as per Company goals and targets

g. Ensure succession planning for key positions

h. Identify and implement a growth / development path for HIPO and LOPO employees in the area/ zone.

Ability to lead a small teams, inter-personal effectiveness, ability to drive results, take ownership, ability to withstand pressure and handle demands of multiple stakeholders
