Ethos Watches - Capex Manager

1. Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the Capital Budget and management authorizations.

2. Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.

3. Release payments to Capital Asset Vendors in compliance with applicable taxes (GST, TDS) and PO / Agreement terms.

4. Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.

5. Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the Fixed Asset Register and ERP system (NAVISION) as per applicable IND AS and as per Company Policy.

6. Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset register to the summary-level account in the General Ledger.

7. Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.

8. Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets and propose for Retirement / Impairment / Write off assets.

9. Organize physical verification activity as per company policy.

10. Assist Auditors in their inquiries resolution.
