Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our D2C brand's goals and target audience.
- Utilize data-driven insights and market research to inform strategy development.
Content Creation:
- Produce engaging and user-centric content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
- Create a variety of content formats, including images, videos, infographics, stories, and interactive posts.
Community Engagement:
- Foster meaningful interactions with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers and brand advocates.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Content Calendar:
- Maintain a well-organized content calendar that schedules and tracks social media posts, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Adapt content to reflect real-time trends and news in the D2C industry.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, using data to refine strategies and content.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
