Ops Specialist:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolving Operation complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Maintain and preparation of MIS Report
- Communicate with Hub & Branch to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
- Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
- Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they dont occur again
- Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
- Maintain the POD copy
- Follow the Company SOP
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving DEPS cases
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors and courier partners.
- To maintain and manage harmonious relationships with the vendors.
- Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
- Establish and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Analyze customer orders, assess order volume, and plan for peak delivery times.
- Monitor and manage the performance of courier services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
- Regularly evaluate delivery times, costs, and other metrics to maximize efficiency.
- Track and report performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.
- Monitor courier performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve delivery time and cost.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
- Perform Any Other Related Tasks As Required
