Roles & Responsibilities:.
- E-commerce Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Drive revenue growth through effective management of online channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for business expansion and improve market position.
- Sales and Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance online sales performance and conversion rates.
- Continuously analyze customer data, website metrics, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
- Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Advertising Strategy: execute, monitor, and optimize the performance of campaigns on Amazon, and Flipkart (PPC & DSP) to drive revenue and growth.
- Plan promotional offers: configure them via the Amazon & and Flipkart account manager.
- Manage cataloguing & branding (A+ content / brand store).
- Work with relevant stakeholders, both internal & and external to ensure the regular functioning of all the e-commerce platforms in terms of content, PO fulfilment, marketplace inventory replenishment, payment reconciliations of marketplaces and B2B outright channels.
- Work closely with the content team to create compelling product content, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
Requirements:.
- Proven working experience in Category management preferably in industries like, FMCG, FMCD, Luxury brands.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing online and as well as offline channels with demonstrated best ROI.
