Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, with a focus on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.

- Must possess proficiency in managing a monthly marketing budget ranging from 15 to 20 lakh.

- Manage and optimize the company's website to enhance user experience, increase organic traffic, and improve conversion rates.

- Oversee the company's social media presence across all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Create engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, social media platforms, and online advertising techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.

- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.

- Proficiency in website analytics tools (e., Google Analytics), social media management platforms and email marketing software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation in digital marketing.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
