We are hiring for the role of Brand ManagerFMCG Background on urgent basis for Gurgaon location.
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
Experience: 7 Years 10 Years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for short-term and mid-term brand strategy.
- Responsible for budget planning and controlling to drive brand growth.
- Lead & drive annual brand strategic marketing plans and campaign to evaluate brand visibilities and maximize business opportunities.
- Ideate and implement brand activities including but not limited marketing material development, advertising, media, event/activations management and promotion etc.
- Coordinate with cross functional team, and external suppliers both local & oversea in the development and execution of brand strategic plan.
- Monitoring brand performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign / product launch activities.
- Competitive analysis to identify business opportunities through internal and external research data.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Progressive experiences as Brand or Marketing in product/brand management, preferred FMCG.
- Proven leadership in cross functional environment.
- Excellence strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical skill.
- Able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadline.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit with resourcefulness and a sustainable outlook.
- Able to make decisions despite uncertainty with rationality, logic, and trend.
- Comfortable with number and data learning and management.
- Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
