Data Management (20%)
- Global 'New Hire Entry' and 'Exit'- Entering all information into system.
- Global Employee data change processing (Department changes, Manager changes, Compensation changes, Transfer)
- Performance Management - Launching & Re-routing Forms
HR Helpdesk Management (20%)
- Monitoring HR Helpdesk Tool and answering to Employee's Queries.
Audits and Reporting (20%)
- Review and audit employee data changes, new hire entries and exits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Run and audit bi-weekly / monthly reports for global countries.
SAP SF System Support (40%)
- Managing Data Models, Generic and Foundation Objects, Rules, Picklists, workflows etc.
- Creation of Customized Tiles, Themes.
- Managing RBP - Permission Groups and Roles.
- Import & Export of Data (Bulk-upload)
- Creation of Adhoc reports (Table & Canvas)
- Troubleshooting and solving issues in SF Tool
Position Requirements:
- 5+ yrs. of HR experience with at least 3 yrs. Experience in supporting SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central / Onboarding / Performance Management Modules.
- Good MS Excel / Word skills.
- Strong auditing skills and high attention to detail with regards to data.
- Good verbal / written communication skills.
- Must enjoy teamwork and be a strong team player.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
- Demonstrated data analysis skills.
- Willing to train/cross-train team members.
- Certification on any of the SF modules is an advantage

Work from Office - Model
