Description :
Inside Sales executive will play a crucial role in building contacts and generating qualified leads for sales team to pursue to closure. And prospecting for leads, building relationships, and making initial sales pitches.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Generating IT leads through various databases, Internet research and social media
- Fixing appointments for demos/ online presentations
- Perform outbound activities such as cold calling; lead follow-up, sales qualifications and sales progression for Global Market
- Meet and exceeds quota of appointments
- Ensure targets/objectives are achieved quarterly and annually
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to position services effectively with customers
- Preferred experience on ERP/CRM Sales

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Should be excellent in Time Management, Planning Skills & Organizing Skills
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
