Job Overview:
As a Sales Manager at Estre Global Pvt. Ltd., a leader in custom-made furniture e-commerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's goals and target demographic. Your role will involve leading the sales team, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a cohesive approach with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team, identifying training needs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
