eSthenos is looking for an experienced Sales professional who will help scale a proven fintech platform that serves hundreds of thousands of rural households to get timely access to credit. In this role, you will be directly work with co-founders and will be responsible for prospecting new business.

You should have 6 to 10 years of work experience in business development, sales or account management for medium-sized to large companies. Experience in Fintech is a plus. Job Description :

- Developing new business opportunities and managing existing sales pipeline

- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

- Develop strategies and positions by analysing new venture integration

- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

Responsibilities :

- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy

- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources

- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics

- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company

Skill & Qualifications :

- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation in any Credit Bureaus, Rating agencies, Fintech

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Working experience with sales techniques

- Proven ability to plan and manage resources

- Experience with software sales (i.e., LOS, LMS, Platforms etc.)

- Ability to deliver presentations
