Product Manager
Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience and will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts.
- The candidate should be comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts by developing and implementing a product plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the product team.
- Identify new business opportunities within the team.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
- Monitor and analyse account performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Roles and Expertise:
Lead Channel Growth & Market Share:
- Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients.
- You'll work directly with top-tier customers to drive profitable sales growth, increase market share and brand objectives, ensuring they are well-supported and engaged with our brands.
Lead Channel Strategy:
- You'll collaborate with leadership to craft and execute long-term account strategies.
- Your insights and foresight will help shape product launches, distribution strategies, and promotional campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each key account.
New Business Opportunities:
- You will identify and seize new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell to expand existing accounts.
- You'll use your deep knowledge of the industry and market trends to develop actionable sales plans that drive measurable growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- You will work hand-in-hand with regional sales, marketing, trade marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of products, promotions, and service.
- Your coordination will help ensure every campaign is executed flawlessly and on time.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Use analytics to assess performance and optimize strategies.
- You'll monitor and report on key account sales, trends, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Brand Ambassador:
- Be the face of the company, promoting our unique brand story and culture.
- Represent us at industry events, tastings, and key client meetings, always with enthusiasm and a deep passion for beer.
Customer-Centric Leadership:
- Ensure a top-notch customer experience, addressing issues quickly, resolving challenges, and going above and beyond to meet client expectations.
- You'll build strong, loyal partnerships that drive long-term success.
Innovation at Heart:
- Stay ahead of the curve with a finger on the pulse of the industry.
- Help shape product offerings and collaborate on innovative packaging, promotional campaigns, and strategic partnerships to enhance visibility and product uptake.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
