Key Responsibilities
- Work with spend analysis group to track client's spend data and provide spend visibility sphere to client.
- Identify key issues in each stage of the project and place the right leadership in providing solutions.
- Pro-actively engage project team members in team-wise sharing and provide training and guidance to continuously improve team's specialty in finance and accounting.
- Involve in client interactions and engagement and build rapport with client in a professional manner
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English. Comfortable working in a global and multi-cultural environment. Travel abroad may be needed.
- High level of relationship management skill required in handling different situations.
- Great attention to details; pro-active; dedicated; great sense of responsibility with excellent coordination skills and adapting to changes quickly.
- Strong analytical abilities (big data analysis preferred), problem-solving skills and coordination abilities; Overall, a strong team player.
- Candidate with strong Finance & Accounting background that can understand the data request and data extracts in the corresponding context. Expertise in comprehending expense structure of an enterprise (especially in the financial and insurance industry) is a must.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; candidates with working knowledge of GL, AP, and PO system desired (PeopleSoft Financial System, etc.). Past experiences with procurement/sourcing software (Ariba, etc.) preferred.
- Candidates with 5+ year experience at Fortune 500 companies within finance /procurement function or consulting firm preferred.
- Candidates who can join within 1 month preferred.
