Position: ADG Associate Manager (Strong working knowledge of Qlikview/Base SAS is a must)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Over-all experience

- A minimum of 5+ years of work experience at leading analytics and business intelligence companies.

- Extensive experience in data handling, analyses, and business intelligence/insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with Analytics Delivery group to provide innovative Analytical & Visibility solutions to clients across industries like Banking, Insurance, etc.

- Identify key issues in each stage of the project and place the right leadership in providing solutions.

- Pro-actively engage project team members in team-wise sharing and provide training and guidance to continuously improve the teams specialty in finance and accounting.

- Involve in client interactions and engagement and build rapport with clients in a professional manner.

Key Skills

- Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.

- High level of relationship management skill required in handling different situations.

- Great attention to detail; pro-active; dedicated; great sense of responsibility with excellent coordination skills and adapting to changes quickly.

- Strong analytical abilities with a strong working knowledge of data processing tools like SAS/SQL/R.

- Strong working knowledge of Qlik view BI Tool

- Excellent problem-solving skills and coordination abilities.

- Strong Finance & Accounting background that can understand the data request and data extracts in the corresponding context.

- Expertise in comprehending the expense structure of an enterprise (especially in the financial and insurance industry) is a must.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

- Exposure to GL, AP, and PO system preferred.
