Following is the Job Description:

- Maintaining the PDD MIS and circulating them to the respective teams on weekly basis

- Disbursement of Home Loans in the software available.

- Taking care of CPA staff,Operation Managers

- Updation of Property details in CERSAI.

- Ensuring all post disbursement activities are completed with TAT.

- Dispatching the disbursed file to Doc cell. Ensure execution of registered mortgage

- CMS Management - Banking and accounting of local cheques, Bank Reconciliation

- Send Welcome letters, Statement Of Account, Repayment schedule to the Customers

- Customer and Sales query resolution (Pre and Post disbursement).Suggest for process improvements in Policies, processes and system so as to reduce manual work and improving TAT which would lead to less errors and human intervention.

- Handling of File and Document storage vendor, Overnight Storage of title documents, PDC, files and Banking of PDC, NACH

- Handle customer foreclosure request and ensuring closing the request with TAT. Handling Internal Audit and Compliance and Process compliance.

- Overall supervision of PAN India branches
