The Role : ESRM Practice Sales Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Good working exp in OSS Domain market leading COTS,5G Architecture
- Strong knowledge in Cloud, Software Virtualization, RAN Sharing, IMS, EPC end to end systems.
- Should be able to design the security architecture on RAN infrastructure, on threats like malware attacks impacts preventions.
- Exp in build out concepts to product on e2e 5G security ecosystem to design and scale deployment
- Exp in 5G security trails across the OEM / ODM product
- Experience in IP Security and Access Security
- Should have exposure to product security validation
- Should have experience on Network Slicing Threats, NFV and SDN Threats
- Should be able to handle DDoS attacks against the 5G RAN
- Experience of validation and testing of RAN product.
- Knowledge of CU design in LTE and NR RRC, RRM, PDCP, SDAP protocols and interfaces with respect to O-RAN specially.
- Identifying weaknesses in existing 3GPP radio access network technologies including 4G and 5G
Skills Required:
- Good understanding on Telco domain and depth on technical proposals.
- Good on e2e cisco security services well understood and build the blue print on the NGFW / DNS / XDR / Cloud transformations and configuration
- Confident to handle customer conversations independently with min SA inputs in most of security domain except DLP / Data security.
Qualifications & Experience:
At least 9-12 years telco relevant domain experience in Solution Development/design for Mobile wireless technology4G,OSS service fulfilment, Telco security product incl. opensource experience in ETOM security processes, SOC operation exp, Geospatial network modeling and security functions deployment
