Esper - Technical Recruiter

We are adding a Technical Recruiter to help us rapidly scale our team in Bangalore. The Technical Recruiter will interact with several department managers on a consistent basis to ensure the right candidates are coming into the hiring funnel. The Technical Recruiter will help attract, hire, and retain employees and ensure we have a strong talent pipeline for future gro

What You'll Be Doing :

- Help hiring managers craft job descriptions to attract elite talent

- Assist with posting jobs

- Move candidates through our ATS in a timely manner

- Conduct technical interviews

- Create and update documentation related to hiring stats

- Suggest ways to improve the recruiting lifecycle as we scale

- Promote the company on a wide basis

Skills & Abilities :

- Experience as a technical recruiter

- Familiarity with ATS platforms

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Successful track record in sourcing quality candidates for technical roles

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
