For Its HR Team; it is actively scouting for someone who shall be handling ESOPs compliance and administration in addition to Payroll.
The role involves :
- Manage and administer the company's ESOP, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communication: Educate employees about the ESOP program, including its benefits, eligibility criteria, and vesting schedules.
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of ESOP participants, their allocations, and changes in ownership.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on the ESOP's performance, including stock valuations, share distributions, and financial impact.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) if applicable.
- Must have good knowledge of the payroll statutory compliances.
- Must have handled large volume apx 10000-15000 + employees pan India
Candidate specs :
- MBAs.
- Must be handling ESOPS & Payroll - preferably in a Financial Services domain. Candidates from other Industries can also apply.
