(3PM to 12 Midnight IST) need overlap with US client and Sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy and business plan aligning with ESF objectives and targets.
- Identify key areas of collaboration and define joint value propositions with Microsoft to drive revenue growth.
- Establish performance metrics, revenue targets, and set ambitious goals for the alliance partnership.
- Take ownership of revenue accountability and proactively drive initiatives to achieve revenue targets of 1 Million.
Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft, including executives, partner managers, and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft to align business strategies, leverage resources, and explore co-selling and co-marketing opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all alliance-related matters between RSPL and Microsoft, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Joint Solution Development :
- Work closely with Microsoft product teams to identify areas of alignment and joint solution development.
- Drive the creation of innovative, market-leading solutions that leverage the combined capabilities of ESF and Microsoft technologies.
- Facilitate collaboration between ESF and Microsoft technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop revenue models and pricing strategies for joint solutions, optimizing profitability and revenue generation.
Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the alliance partnership, leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem, programs, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue targets.
- Actively participate in sales activities, including customer presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Track sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and progress toward revenue goals, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in alliance management, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including products, services, partner programs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving innovative solutions.
- Revenue accountability mindset, with the ability to take ownership of revenue targets and proactively drive revenue generation initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in using data to drive insights, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to Microsoft and customer locations
