Position - Product Manager

Location - Pune (WFO)

Eshopbox is an all-in-one ecommerce logistics platform using modern software to provide fast and affordable fulfilment. Brands of all sizes - use Eshopbox full-service solution to store inventory at warehouses near their customers and ship orders with the Eshopbox carrier network to improve transit times and shipping costs. Eshopbox's deep integration with sales channels enables brands to earn prime- like badges to accelerate their sales.

Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?

1. Responsible for the full product lifecycle, from writing specifications, working across multidisciplinary teams: design, art, and engineering to launch core features within our existing and new products.

2. Manage the planning, scoping, execution and delivery across multiple projects

3. Over viewing the technical implementation of product development.

4. Defining the product architecture, modules, interfaces, and data for a system to satisfy specified requirements.

5. Exhibit sound product discernment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.

6. Expected to provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.

7. Run prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers.

8. Expected to develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desires.

9. Creating product design prototypes.

10. Writing and building rich content/user manuals help guides and documents.

11. Leading and interacting with cross-functional teams, including product design and engineering.

What Makes you Eligible?

1. Excellent balance of organization and people skills, project management, and a "thirst for the new".

2. Technical Background with 1+ year of experience in the software industry, in roles relevant to project/program management.

3. Experience in working with software development with scrum methodology and Agile framework.

4. Work experience on the IT industry is preferred.

5. Good exposure to SaaS based tools.

6. Hands on experience on Jira, Confluence or any other product management tools.

7. Quick grasping and self-learning skills.

8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
