Eshopbox is looking forward to onboard a diligent Customer Outreach Manager who is zealous enough to combine his Analytical and Communication skills in order to bring the best set of customers in the house. If you enjoy working with People more than the Machines and if you understand "Business" better than you understand anything then this role is an apt opportunity that is a stepping stone into the world of Sales, Customers & Business.

Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?

- Customer Outreach: Responsible for research and generation of leads and identify prospective customers for their commerce operations.

- Communication: Drive conversations through emails and social media with prospects on Eshopbox and their commerce operations through various communication tools and strategies.

- You will be responsible for leading a team.

- Utilize HubSpot, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.

- Identify the prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solution.

- Build long term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Report to Chief Marketing Office with weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

What Makes you Eligible ?

You are where our search ends, if you hold:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

- Experience in sales of almost 5 + years, preferably in E-commerce or Logistics industry.

Team Lead experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for networking and relationship building.

- Understanding of social media landscape for efficient consumer engagement and activations across platforms.

- Marketing experience across digital, product and communications domain.

- Strong passion for ecommerce channel and industry

- Flexibility - Things change around here. FAST!

- Other Inter-personal skills like self-motivation, persistency, patience and eagerness to learn and work independently.
