Job Description :

- Execute / support investment research across the three sustainability solution segments - ESG, SDG and Climate Change

- Support delivery of pilot projects and client requests

- Manage the team of ESG associates /analysts executing sustainability research

- Responsible for executing quality control on research output and delivery

- Coach and mentor junior team members

- Client Management, and handling routine updates

Core Skills and Experience Required :

- At least three years of ESG domain experience in the investment industry

- Job requires high level of attention to details, meticulousness and accountability

- Strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills

- High quality research report writing skills

- Demonstrates a very high degree of initiative, self-leadership, and entrepreneurship

- Good client relationship and management skills

- Excellent communication and team management skills

Educational Qualifications Required :

- Post graduate in Sustainability Management /Environmental Management or MBA Finance, from a leading institute
